Biography

Jenny, has more than 25 years experience in advanced meteorological studies and atmospheric dispersion modeling on all types of steady-state, non-steady state, particle, Eulerian and prognostic models. She has been involved in many large international meteorological and air quality related modeling jobs from the planning stages, quality control, preparation of data, dispersion modeling, analyses of the data and report writing. Jenny’s clients have included the transport industry, mining industry, aluminum industries, electric industries, manufacturing, chemical facilities, as well as agricultural industries such as fertilizer, compost, waste water treatment plants and dairy facilities all over the world.

She is a regularly invited speaker and instructor at Workshops and Conferences, a Keynote address at the Australian Water Association (AWA) Odour Specialty Conference in Sydney in 2010, Odours at the 3WExpo, Bangkok, Thailand in January, 2013, AWA Odour Master Class, Sydney, 2013.

Jenny has instructed and co-instructed at more than 65+ three to five day Introductory and Advanced meteorological and dispersion modeling training courses for various industry, professional organizations – AWMA, CASANZ, NACA, the US-EPA, Universities and consultants all around the world. Jenny was considered the ‘Odour Expert’ of the Atmospheric Studies Group (Developers of the CALPUFF model), where she was a key member for the last 16 years. Jenny is the developer of an internationally accepted 2-3 day Odour training course which has been presented in Spain in 2013, Chile in 2014, New Zealand 2014 and Sydney in 2014. Jenny is the author of over 40 published peer reviewed and scientific articles and regularly presents at international scientific conferences. She has been involved in developing model guidance documentation for both Australia and New Zealand at State and country level.

Jenny has conducted atmospheric dispersion modelling on more than 40 Waste Water Treatment Plants in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Canada and the USA. She is currently the lead technical author for developing dispersion model guidance for 25 of Sydney Waters Waste Water Treatment Facilities.
