Registration: Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

  • Online Registration: open until December 1, 2018

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 30, 2018

REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. Fill the registration form online, and provide consent to release personal data, in order to process the registration, select the appropriate option for participation.
2. Receive confirmation by the organizer by issuing an invoice.
3. Full payment within 7 days of the invoice date. The method of payment will be indicated on the invoice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

– All presenters must register and pay a conference fee before September 30, 2018, otherwise their presentation will be withdrawn.
– Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
– The organizer reserves the right to change the date and/or location of the conference.
– Due to the limited number of seats per conference the organizer reserves the right to change the deadline for registration.
– In case of cancellation of the conference the organizer will refund all fees within 30 days of cancellation.
– In case a participant cannot attend the conference due to a change of date by the organizer, the organizer will provide a full refund to the participant.
– The participant has the right to cancel his/her registration until November 15, 2018 at no additional cost. The organizer will provide a full REFUND to the participant.
– In case of resignation from participation at the conference after November 15, 2018, the organizer will not provide a reimbursement for the conference.
